Energy Performance Certificates
We are specialists in producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for domestic properties in Jersey.
Our Domestic Energy Assessors are qualified professionals who survey homes to create accredited and accurate EPCs.
From January 1st 2026 if you are selling or renting your property it will be mandatory to have an EPC for your property. The States are currently subsidising these EPCs, however the subsidy is reducing from March 1st 2024.
You can also apply for up to £5,000 towards energy improvements identified on your EPC such as a new non-fossil fuel heating system. This is called the Low Carbon Heating Incentive.
Help is available
Discounted home energy audits from £25
You can currently get a States of Jersey grant to help towards the cost of a Home Energy Audit. With this States subsidy we can reduce the cost of an audit to between £25 and £50 and provide you with an EPC for your home. We can guide you through the simple application process.
Low carbon heating incentive
You can apply for up to £5,000 match funding from the States towards a low carbon heating system if you currently use fossil fuels to heat your house. Low-income property owners can apply for up to a £10,000 unmatched grant.
