DEA is a Quidos accredited Domestic Energy Assessor based in Jersey, Channel Islands.
We specialise in providing accurate and accredited EPCs for domestic properties. Our team of qualified Domestic Energy Assessors conducts thorough surveys to ensure precise assessments. Starting January 1st, 2026, having an EPC is mandatory when selling or renting a property. While the States currently subsidize EPCs, the subsidy is decreasing from March 1st, 2024.
Our partner company, 1st Call Plumbing, is one of the only approved contractors for Low carbon heating incentive.
