We are specialists in producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for domestic properties in Jersey.
Our Domestic Energy Assessors are qualified professionals who survey homes to create accredited and accurate EPCs. They can also help you switch to a low carbon heating system and apply for a grant towards the costs.
We can help you make the switch to low carbon heating and apply for a States grant towards the cost. You will need an EPC to qualify for the grant and we can also apply for a States subsidy towards the cost of this.
You can apply for financial assistance of up to £9,000 in match funding for air source heat pumps and up to £4,000 for other approved technologies. The scheme offers up to £15,000 in support for households on lower incomes.

Discounted home energy audits from £50
You can currently get a States of Jersey grant to help towards the cost of a Home Energy Audit. With this States subsidy we can reduce the cost of an audit to just £50 and provide you with an EPC for your home. We can guide you through the simple application process.
Low carbon heating incentive
You can apply for up to £9,000 match funding from the States towards air source heat pumps and £4,000 towards other approved technologies if you currently use fossil fuels to heat your house. Low-income property owners can apply for up to a £15,000 unmatched grant.
